They've worked with me as an uninformed consumer who's never done paint protection, window tinting or ceramic coating. Dani and Jerell we're super helpful recommending tint levels for my new Tesla. Highly recommend the IR window tinting as it knocks down the IR heat by 90 plus percent which saves the battery. The tint also knocks down 99% of the UV which saves the interior. Does not obscure vision even at night. They immediately work with me on a few small concerns. Also had no issues with custom requests like add trunk protection PPF or add the A pillars PPF.
